Your retreat experience program
- Your arrival is on Monday at 4 pm. We welcome you with a refreshment and afterwards you check into your room.
- Before dinner, all the participants introduce themselves.
- On the first evening, you will get a massage after dinner to eliminate the stress of the journey, which also guarantees a good night's sleep.
The following days will be a mixture of
Each morning, before breakfast, you’ll start your day with a unique water-healing meditation in the pool. Tineke has energized the pool water, and the group will engage in a guided meditation on a specific topic, making each session a truly rejuvenating experience.
- Having individual sessions and group sessions
- You’ll have time to work on you and your business or company
- We’ll have a few trips outside the villa, such as a boat trip and a trip to a waterfall. Where we do other personal water healing activities.
- The program finishes on Friday at 4 pm when you check out and depart.
- All meals will be cooked for you. We drink a lot of energized water and fresh juices. We eat fresh local food. In Bali, the food will be typical for your ayurvedic food type and individually cooked.

We will stay in the most beautiful region in Portugal, the Algarve, which overlooks the ocean from a distance. The temperature in November will be around 20-25 degrees Celsius.
We have a beautiful isolated villa in the hills overlooking the ocean.
Portuguese culture is rich in tradition, blending historical influences from its maritime past with vibrant local customs. Fado music, filled with soulful melodies, symbolizes Portuguese emotional expression. Family plays a central role, with gatherings often centred around food, including dishes like bacalhau (salted cod). Festivals such as São João and Carnaval bring communities together in colourful celebrations. The country also has a deep connection to the ocean, reflected in its seafaring history and coastal lifestyle.

Bali, often called the “Island of the Gods,” is a tropical paradise in Indonesia known for its lush landscapes, stunning beaches, and vibrant culture. Bali’s culture is deeply rooted in its unique form of Hinduism, which influences everything from daily rituals to grand temple festivals. The island is a harmonious blend of ancient traditions and modern creativity, where sacred temples and colourful offerings coexist with world-class arts, music, and dance. Balinese culture emphasises spirituality, community, and a deep connection to nature, making it a captivating destination for travellers seeking beauty and tranquillity.
Our retreat villa has a luxurious setting; It has an infinity pool overlooking the jungle, a gym, an outdoor shower, lounge areas, and more.
