Water Healing

When Water Went Underground, So Did We

When Water Went Underground

When Water Went Underground, So Did We

What We Lost When Water Lost The Sun

There was a time
when water was the axis.

Settlements chose locations where water was present, because life depended on it.
They followed currents.

Rivers were arteries.
Lakes were wombs.
Springs were portals.

People did not “visit” water.

They lived inside its field.

The morning mist carried codes.
Sunlight entered the surface and refracted into homes.
Children’s nervous systems were patterned by ripples.

Water was transport, yes.
Water was for irrigation, yes.

But deeper.

Water was the living memory grid of the settlement.

Every emotion entered it.
Every ritual informed it.
Every grief dissolved into it.

The water shaped the people.
And the people shaped the water.

That is coherence.

Today, science touches the edge of this through the Blue Mind Theory.

But Blue Mind is only the outer ring.

The inner ring is resonance.

When you live beside flowing water, your inner water entrains to it.

Field meets field.

The Aqueduct Moment

Then came the aqueducts.

The Romans extended the river.

Distance increased.

But the field remained intact.

The water still flowed in open air.
Still touched sunlight.
Still moved in gravity curves.

Sunlight activates water.

Flow oxygenates water.

Movement keeps memory dynamic.

The city could expand.
Yet the water still sang.

It was transported.
Not buried.

When Water Was Pushed Underground

And then.

We hid it.

Water now travels in darkness.

Pressurized.
Compressed.
Contained.

It no longer sees the sun.
It no longer breathes air.
It no longer moves freely.

Copper pipes once carried it.

Copper is not passive.

Copper activates.
Copper reacts with chlorine, tempering its disruptive force so the water does not fully lose its living charge.
Copper adds frequency to the stream.

It was not random that copper was used.

Now plastic replaces copper.

Plastic isolates.
Plastic contains.
Plastic does not converse.

And plastic sheds.

Microscopic fragments break away.

Microplastics enter the water.
Enter the bloodstream.
Enter the cells.

The carrier becomes the contaminant.

Chlorine sterilises.

But chlorine does more than kill only bacteria.

It alters internal water.

It accumulates in tissues.

Over time, it contributes to calcification, especially in the pineal gland, the organ we rely on for inner light and Source connection.

When the pineal calcifies, perception dulls.

The inner sun dims.

Water that cannot flow naturally becomes structurally altered.

It loses dynamic memory exchange.

It becomes compliant.

And we drink it daily.

Architecture Shifted With It

When water disappeared underground,
we disappeared from it.

Cities no longer curve around rivers.
They grid over them.

Open water becomes decorative.
Not central.

Homes became sealed.

Square.

Straight.

Energy does not flow in straight lines.

It spirals.
It curves.
It follows water geometry.

Older houses breathed with the environment.

Now air is trapped.
Recirculated.
Electrically saturated.

WiFi fields move through every wall.

Human water bodies live inside invisible signal webs.

And we call this progress.

The Zombie Question

Why do so many feel numb?

Why foggy?

Why disconnected from their own inner current?

If the body is water,
and water is memory,
and memory requires flow and light,

What happens when both are removed?

Water underground.
Light artificial.
Air static.
Signals constant.

Is it only stress?

Or is the water inside us no longer entrained to living water outside us?

Is safety the reason we moved away from rivers?

When humans lived immersed in nature, their nervous systems synchronised to the larger field.

Water regulated emotion. Light regulated perception. Wind-regulated breath. Temperature regulated circulation.

The environment was the stabiliser.

Remove that environment, and the body must regulate in isolation.

Now we regulate through effort. Through breathwork. Through routines. Through therapy. Through supplements. Through control.

Not because we are broken.

But because the original tuning field is gone.

That is why regulation becomes difficult.

Something subtle shifts.

The Return Is Not Historical

We do not need to go backwards.

We need to re-enter coherence.

Let sunlight touch the water you drink.

Let your body enter natural water regularly.

Open your space.

Create curves.

Reduce artificial saturation where possible.

Not as ideology.

As field hygiene.

Water was once the organising intelligence of civilisation.

Now it runs underground like a forgotten root system.

The question is not whether there was a plan.

The question is this:

What happens to a species
When it forgets the element
that shaped its nervous system,
its architecture,
its memory field?

And more importantly,

What happens
When we remember?

Tineke Rensen is a former white water kayaking champion and the founder of WaterHealing.eu She has spent her entire life in relationship with water, from leading outdoor and water sports businesses to guiding entrepreneurs into deeper states of
clarity and flow. 💙

She carries a natural ability to hear what is unspoken. Her neurodivergent perception allows her to see patterns others overlook and to sense the exact moment the body water shifts into truth. She does not work with methods. She works with resonance.

Tineke connects people back to the intelligence of their own water body, where intuition, coherence, and abundance return naturally. She speaks to water daily, lives near water wherever she travels, and remembers the ancient Lemurian water teachings that rise through her system with increasing clarity.

Today she guides conscious professionals and entrepreneurs into the original current of alignment so they can move through life with precision, ease, and inner authority. Her work is not spiritual performance. It is embodied remembrance. 🌊
